	Terry Cochran
	Vice President/Plant Supervisor
	With over 22 Years of Flexographic printing experience, Terry has worked in all facets of the industry from production and purchasing to sales. He is recognized as one of the finest Flexographic experts in today's high-tech industry. His experience includes operating and maintaining Mark Andy, Webtron, Aquaflex, Allied Gear, and Rotopress printing presses. Terry is also experienced with Rotoflex, Arpeco and B Bunch finishing equipment. As the industry has evolved, Terry has been a pioneer as an integrator of RFID chips into pressure sensitive as well as non-pressure sensitive labels. Terry assisted Mark Andy Inc. in the development of RFID solutions for their inline presses. Published in numerous trade magazine articles, Terry's career also includes proficiency with Label-Aire RFID inserters, Pressiza RFID encoders and verifiers and is a Certified RFID Converter with UPM Rafsec and Avery Dennison.

	Melisa Mehiel
	Product Specialist/Sales Customer Serivce/Marketing
	Melisa Mehiel teamed up with G2 in August of 2011 as a sales/ customer service representative. She is responsible for developing and maintaining close customer relationships as well as marketing for G2. Melisa.s strengths include multitasking, creative thinking, and a genuine desire to help. Melisa has reached out to her community by volunteering at the St. Francis Soup Kitchen, Gateway Community Services, and has been recognized by the American Heart Association for two consecutive years as a .Top Walker. for her participation and fundraising for Jacksonville.s annual Heart Walk event.

	Alan Van Der Ploeg
	Web Developer/Tech Support
	Alan Van Der Ploeg started work for G2 as a contract web developer in the beginning of 2008. In August of 2011, he was brought on full time to continue his efforts in updating and maintaining the company's web environment. He has also a part of the technical support team as a full service A.I.D.C solutions provider. Alan received a B.S. in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Devry University in June of 2004. Prior to G2, Alan has worked in a variety of information technilogical positions ranging from technical software support to network systems analisys. Alan was recently married in the fall of 2010 with his first child on the way. In his spare time, he enjoys a leisure day on the golf course and spending time with his family.
